The Latest Advancements in the Window Film Industry


The Baltimore Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers is proud to sponsor an educational seminar presented by Darrell Smith, Executive Director of the International Window Film Association (IWFA).

Mr. Smith has over 30 years of experience in the window film industry representing the interests of the window film industry to the National Fenestration Rating Council, the Glass Association of North America, and the U.S. Department of Energy among others.  Mr. Smith has authored and co-authored many educational materials used for industry training and for consumer information purposes.

This educational seminar will focus on the latest advancements in the Window Film Industry.Mr. Smith will be presenting tips, tricks and rules of thumb of window film auditing, contributing an unbiased look at the current product offerings in the industry, debunking myths and over-statements from product reps and providing literature and tools for attendees to use to perform correct window film analysis.

Come join us January 26, 2012 at Nick’s Fish House in Downtown Baltimore for an informative and enjoyable evening.
